A two story 1940’s home nestled in the upcoming Garden Oaks subdivision recently had an exterior makeover from Allstate Siding & Windows.

In a quaint neighborhood nestled on a golf course surrounded by trees is a 1978 traditional two-story home in Conroe, TX. The 3200 sq ft home sits on 1/3 an acre. The original home exterior included masnite hardboard siding and aluminum windows.

A beautiful home located in the Heights Historical District brought the “WOW FACTOR” with the bold bright color. James Hardie Siding was installed and the shutters were taken down and painted white to tie into the windows, porch and front door. This is truly a historical house in Houston!
